Sex addiction is a treatable disorder. Because of the shame and secrecy involved, the hardest part is reaching out for help. If this is you, congratulations on taking the most important first step.

I am a licensed marriage and family counselor and also certified as a sex addiction therapist by IITAP, The International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals. I have been working in this specialty area
for the past fifteen years.
Through an initial assessment process I am able to map out a treatment program tailored to each individual according to their history and needs. Proper assessment is crucial as with any disorder.
On the following pages I will explain my treatment program in more detail, offer suggested readings on the subject, and talk more about the nature of this disorder - its physical, emotional, mental and spiritual components.
